Are you currently in the process of preparing for a move elsewhere? Your advocate is here to assist you with assuring that your child's special needs are supported throughout your family's transition. For departing families, your advocate can create a plan of support for your child's receiving school, as well as attend Transition IEP Meetings virtually (for an additional fee) to assure that the new school fully understands your child's unique strengths and needs. Just because your family is in flux, does not mean that your child's academic life needs to also be!
