State Complaint and Mediation Process

For Existing Clients Only. Have you reached a point where you and the district disagree? Your advocate is able to assist with the process of writing and filing a formal State Complaint. For a flat rate of $500, your advocate will research legal areas related to your particular complaint, determine what supporting documents are required, and complete the State's provided template so that you can formally file your complaint with your State and District. For an additional $25.00 fee, your advocate will also process your complaint by printing out all forms and documentation and mailing your Complaint Package out to the State and your District via Certified Mail.
