Would you like a written record of your child's Team Meeting? Your advocate can transcribe their notes for you so that you can refer back to what was discussed and decided by yourself and the members of your school team. It can often be helpful to have this detailed account of the meeting events in case you require documentation for future state complaints or legal matters. It can also be helpful to have this information for your own use or personal record keeping. *Please let your advocate know that you are requesting this Add On Service before or directly after your School Meeting.
