Service Description
For parent requested emails pertaining to ongoing cases that require research or in-depth and lengthy responses, there will be a charge of $25 per email. *This fee does NOT apply to standard email communications and follow-up with parents and teams.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations require 24 hours notice. You will be charged 50% of your appointment fee for any cancellation not made 24 hours in advance.
